Are there any programs..

Ijustwanthelp started this conversation

Are there any programs that help pay mortgage payments to stop foreclosure?  My husband works seven days a week trying to make ends meet.  I am a stay at home mom who has desperately been trying to find work I can do from home.  We have 3 kids.  Our house went into default a few months ago and my husband was working with the bank to do a repayment plan modification to help us get out of the foreclosure.  He did everything the bank told us to do.. and 3 months later (with no payments being made.. as the bank told us to wait while everything was being processed) all of a sudden they informed us they can not do the repayment plan.  That put us behind almost $10,000 with fees and all.  We put our trust in the bank, only to have them ruin it at the very last minute.  Literally.  If anyone knows of anything or anyway to get help, or even help for me to find a job (real jobs) that allows me to work from home, I would be forever greatful just to be pointed in the right direction.

Hopefully you have some correspondence with the bank regarding this attempt at negotiating a payment arrangement. If you do, contact your States Dept. of Banking and Insurance to file a complaint. You can usually find them on the official web page for your state. If you cannot locate them try the State Attorney General's Office. Also each state normally has some type of an emergency mortgage assistance program. If you cannot locate call your govenor's office to find and get access. See the following link for what to expect and possible resources in your area.

This will save you money and earn you money. This is kind of like belonging to the Sam's Club. You register to become a member, do some online shopping for things you would buy anyway (I actually buy gift cards online then go to the actual store to buy), then you get rebates. You also get rebates from everyone else you tell who joins the Club and shops for what they would be buying anyway. No one every has to buy anything they wouldn't buy anyway. Please visit http://www.mypowermall.com/Biz /Home/22165 and watch the video from Ginny Dye. I would love for you to get the rebates I'm getting.
